<Tochio-produced Niigata local chicken "Torachiyodori">

The legendary local chicken "Torachiyoda" was given the childhood name of Uesugi Kenshin.

We do not mass raise or mass produce our chickens, but instead raise them in a free-range, stress-free environment in the cool Tochio countryside, on high-quality feed supplemented with Niigata Koshihikari rice.

This high-quality chicken meat has three key qualities: it is rich in umami (inosinic acid), low in fat, healthy, and has high water retention, making it juicy.
