The mythical local chicken "Torachiyodori" was given the childhood name of Uesugi Kenshin.

We do not mass breed or mass produce our chickens, but raise them stress-free in free-range conditions in the cool, natural environment of Tochio, on high-quality feed that includes Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice.

This high-quality chicken meat has all three qualities: it is rich in umami components (inosinic acid), low in fat, healthy, has high water retention, and is juicy.

Even people who don't drink alcohol can enjoy it.

All dishes are served individually.
