The Tochio-bred Niigata local chicken, Torachiyomaru, was given the childhood name of Uesugi Kenshin.

This is a local chicken that has been highly praised by Italian culinary master Mamoru Kataoka.

In the naturally abundant Tochio region, the animals are raised with meticulous attention to their feed and living environment, receiving plenty of love and minimizing stress.

We use thigh meat, which is packed with flavor.
