Torachiyomaru is a Niigata local chicken from Tochio that was given the childhood name of Uesugi Kenshin.
This local chicken has been highly praised by Italian master "Mamoru Kataoka."
They are raised in the naturally rich Tochio region, with careful attention paid to the food and environment they are given, and are raised with lots of love and with minimal stress.
We use thigh meat, which is packed with flavor.
