The legendary "Torachiyo Chicken," named after the childhood name of Uesugi Kenshin.

We do not engage in mass breeding or mass production. Instead, we raise our chickens in the refreshing natural environment of Tochio, feeding them free-range with high-quality feed that includes Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, ensuring they are stress-free.

This high-quality chicken boasts three key qualities: it's rich in umami components (inosinic acid), low in fat, healthy, and juicy due to its high water retention.
